					<description>	I&amp;#8217;ve not heard that comment before.  I&amp;#8217;m not sure what to tell you.  There should be some menu option that allows you to submit the form.  It&amp;#8217;s a standard WML page though I wouldn&amp;#8217;t be surprised to learn there&amp;#8217;s some bug in the Access web browser in the Sanyo 5300 that is preventing you from using the form.  Without having a phone to test, I can&amp;#8217;t recommend a work-around.
